my name is jade harley, and it looks like i am going to be a backup pilot on this ship for a little while :p
im still not entirely sure if the vanquish is going to be my final destination or not, but...
i am glad to be here right now, and i really look forward to meeting all of you!!

Sorry I'm not there right now. I'm on my way back from visiting someone. Flying a shuttle means I need my hands.

I don't know if I'm gonna be staying around here, honestly - my friend is on another ship, and I kinda wanna stick close to him if I can, buuuut I figured it would be pretty rude to not at least introduce myself, since I'm gonna be here for at least a week, right?

Ah, enjoy it? [She sounds unsure of herself.] I'm not sure. It's just a responsibility. I'm a chieftain-in-training back home, so I'm used to leading a group of people, but not on a ship. Not in a military sort of... way. The only real difference between captain and crew is that I get a cot instead of a bunk bed.
I'm working really hard to be someone that people can trust, though. That's important.

Ha. Don't have to imagine. [He was in the exact same situation before he lopped off his hair. Constant fights for shampoo, it's rough] I'll take a few bottles for myself, then send the rest of the crate over. It's technically for redheads, but I'm sure it'll work fine on other colors.
